The Port of Portland and Harbor Industrial have reached a milestone agreement that sets the stage for Harbor becoming the long-term operator of Terminal 6, Oregon's only international container terminal. This agreement — part of efforts to grow container service at the terminal — includes a timeline and key terms to be finalized within six months, while ensuring seamless operations.
