AAPA anticipates that a significant number of port employees will be severely affected by the widespread devastation and distress caused by Hurricane Harvey and its aftermath. The AAPA Port Employees Emergency Relief Fund throws a lifeline to port employees and their families needing assistance following natural disasters.
We invite and urge our industry colleagues to donate to the fund at this crucial time. Checks should be made payable to "Foundation for Seaports of the Americas" and sent to: AAPA, 1010 Duke Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. If you prefer to wire a contribution, contact AAPA for instructions. The foundation is a 501(c) (3) organization, which means that donations are tax deductible as charitable contributions. 100% of the donations go to assist port employees. Please help! Thank you!
