Join AAPA for an upcoming webinar on Electrifying Alternatives for Container Transfers presented by EagleRail on Wednesday, September 27, 1:00-2:00 p.m. ET / 10:00-11:00 a.m. PT. As ports continue their transitions to cleaner, electrified handling processes within the terminal gates, what happens with the hand-off outside the gates with the industry trying to achieve more sustainable and efficient processes in the entire supply chain? This webinar will recap common port growth and needed electrification-transition processes. Plus, explore recent developments in EV trucking and a new, bold concept of electrified overhead, light-rail container transfers — the indoor warehouse digitized handling process, now available outdoors for ports and intermodal facilities. Presenters include:
  • Richard Willis – Technical Director, Port Operations & Technology, Royal HaskoningDHV
  • Bill Hamlin – President, Gray Wolf Advisory Group
  • Mike Wychocki – Founder and CEO, EagleRail Container Logistics
  • Tim Brankin – Vice President, Business Development & Communications, EagleRail

AAPA's 112th Annual Convention & Expo Port of Corpus Christi Speaker Series will feature Tim Howard, NBC Sports Premier League Analyst and former U.S. Men’s National Team Goalkeeper, speaking on "Premier” Instincts: Perseverance, Overcoming Adversity, and Self-Belief.

Tim Howard inspires audiences with fascinating and funny stories of the highs and lows of his career, including his battle with Tourette syndrome. From his record-setting performance at the World Cup to becoming one of the few goalies to ever score a goal, his achievements and personal stories of determination and goal-setting on and off the field illustrate to audiences what is possible when they believe in themselves, commit to their goals, and persevere in the face of adversity.

Known for his communication, shot-stopping ability, and big-game instincts, Howard is a world apart from the competition and shows audiences how they can move into their own “premier leagues.” Join us at Port Aurora on October 22-25 and learn how to persevere with Tim Howard!
