New York State Revises Its Codes, Rules, and Regulations for Tissue Banking
Effective March 20, 2024, the state has amended its Part 52 of Title 10 NYCRR related to reproductive tissue banking. The revisions, in part, include that exceptions will no longer be required for creation of embryos for donation to a future gestational carrier who has not yet been identified if the creation is at the request of an intended parent.
