- All returns will be at the customer's expense.
- For wrong item(s) shipped or damaged in transit, please call us at 1-310-523-9055 or email us at customerservice@silverliningapparel.com
- Embroidered items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Order number and reason for return must be included with garments in the return package.
- Garments damaged due to manufacturers defect may be exchanged.
- Any worn garment being returned for construction or fabric failure must be cleaned prior to completing the return process.
- Altered or embellished garments are not returnable. No returns will be accepted on discontinued or final sale products.
