Employee Internet & E-mail Usage / Online Social Networking Webinar

Computer usage, including e-mail, Internet access and social networking, is an area of concern for Georgia counties and authorities. The number of lawsuits relating to alleged improper computer usage is increasing. Information found in county computers can be used as evidence in court proceedings, and is potentially embarrassing to elected officials and county staff.

Local Government Risk Management Services is offering a one-hour webinar on August 11, 2010 that is free to ACCG Property and Liability Insurance members. There is a $25 charge for non-members. Elected officials, department heads or supervisors are encouraged to participate in this valuable training opportunity.
