That is why the ACCG - Interlocal Risk Management Agency (ACCG-IRMA) began offering its members access to employment law specialists O’Quinn & Cronin at no additional charge in 2016. These attorneys have been instrumental in reducing the number and severity of employment practices liability claims. However, with Michael O’Quinn assuming the role of an ACCG County Consulting Services Associate effective April 1, 2019, and Donald Cronin accepting another employment opportunity, it was necessary to hire a different firm to provide this beneficial service.

Jarrard & Davis has been selected to provide the HR Legal Services to the ACCG-IRMA membership beginning April 1, 2019. They currently serve as county attorneys for numerous Georgia counties and have multiple attorneys with expertise in employment law, so they are certainly subject matter experts.
