2020 Achievement Awards

Help NACo celebrate 50 years of county innovation by sharing the innovative programs taking place in your community. The NACo Achievement Awards is a non-competitive program intended to recognize outstanding county government programs and services in 18 categories covering a vast range of county responsibilities. By participating, your county can earn national recognition. Healthiest Counties Challenge

NACo, in partnership with the Aetna Foundation - a private foundation affiliated with CVS Health - and the American Public Health Association, will provide $100,000 in funding and non-financial support to selected communities to address access to foods that support healthy eating patterns and/or access to health services through systems-level approaches and resident engagement over a two-year period. This opportunity will not be posted online, as they are doing targeted outreach only at this time.
