The 4th Annual Opioid Summit will be hosted by Dekalb County Commissioner Larry Johnson and STAND, Inc. on September 14, 2023. Special guests include Commissioner Kevin Tanner of the Georgia Department of Behavioral Health and Development Disabilities and DeKalb County CEO Michael Thurmond.
