GEFA to Host WaterFirst Workshop

Georgia counties are invited to attend a free WaterFirst Workshop. Hosted by the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, this workshop is for Georgia water utilities, municipalities, and local governments interested in applying for the WaterFirst designation.
Attendees will hear from current WaterFirst Communities and GEFA staff members about the program and discuss water, wastewater, and stormwater funding options.
The workshop will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, at the Bobby Snipes Water Resources Center in Athens-Clarke County from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
