Counties Must Now Submit Annual Budgets and Audits to Carl Vinson Website
As required by HB 122, which was passed during the 2010 General Assembly, all counties, cities and school systems with budgets in excess of $1 million are required to submit their annual budgets (effective on or adopted after January 1, 2011) and audits (completed after January 1, 2011) to the Carl Vinson Institute of Government’s website.
These documents should be sent in PDF format, and you’ll need to create an account in order to upload them.
