The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is now accepting applications for the Local Road Assistance Administration (LRA) funds. LRA funds do not require a match and will be dispersed to address local infrastructure needs.
  
The Georgia Environmental Finance Authority (GEFA) has opened the 2024 Georgia Fund call for projects period. Pre-applications will be accepted until Tuesday, April 30, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. 
  
Local governments can now apply for a Rural Workforce Housing Initiative Construction Loan Fund. Through the loan fund, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is helping communities address the growing housing demand.

The application period for the Workforce for Georgia Grant Program is now open. This program, supported by the Georgia Foundation for Public Education and the Georgia Power Foundation, offers financial assistance to school districts offering Career, Technical, and Agricultural Education (CTAE). The application deadline is Tuesday, April 16, 2024.

NACo has extended the deadline for the 2024 NACo Achievement Awards. The new deadline is Friday, April 5, 2024
Sen. Jon Ossoff is accepting requests for the Fiscal Year 2025 Congressional Directed Spending (CDS) projects. CDS projects are high-impact projects located in Georgia that can be jumpstarted or reach completion with the assistance from the federal government. These requests must be submitted via the form on the Senator’s website by April 5, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
