USCG - Maritime Labour Convention for U.S. Flagged Vessels -  Frequently Asked Questions

The Office of Commercial Vessel Compliance has received a number of questions concerning the application of the Maritime Labour Convention for U.S. flagged vessels. These questions have been consolidated along with our responses and have been posted in the document found here. If you have a question that has not been addressed in the document, please submit your question to the U.S. Coast Guard’s Domestic Vessel Compliance Division via e-mail at cg-cvc-1@uscg.mil.
