The OPEC Fund for International Development (the OPEC Fund) has approved a $500,000 aid grant to support relief and recovery efforts in Libya in the aftermath of Storm Daniel.

The ministerial panel within OPEC+ convened on Oct. 4 and agreed to maintain the current oil output policy. This decision came following commitments from Saudi Arabia and Russia to uphold their voluntary supply reductions in order to bolster the market.
