Orlando Sketchwalk!

On Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, Florida ASLA - Orlando Section will team with Urban Sketchers as sketchers will circle the world in one of the biggest sketchwalks ever; a 24 hours global Sketchwalk!

Nearly 80 Urban Sketchers chapters around the globe will hold sketchwalks in their cities and towns to celebrate Urban Sketchers 10yrs anniversary, showcasing sketches from their cities and towns.

All sketchwalks will be followed through Instagram starting with the first chapter to see daylight (Auckland, New Zealand) to the last chapter to see the sunset (O’ahu, USA).

Photos and videos from around the world will be shared throughout the day.

The Disney Springs visitors’ crowd, the colorful merchant carts and entertainers around will play wonderfully in letting us report in sketches the stories and the spirit of this place.

We'll meet at 10:00 am next to Planet Hollywood and Coca Cola buildings.

We will scatter around as each of us chooses and tells his/her own story sketching on location, from observation.

We'll have our Sketchbook throwdown at the same location between Planet Hollywood and Coca Cola buildings at 11:20 am.

At 11:30 am it will be our turn to go Live On-air, where we'll be broadcasting a live video stream featuring our sketchers and the incredible activity that’s a typical day in Disney Springs.
