The Association for Community Health Improvement (ACHI) is proud to announce the launch of the call for proposals for the 15th annual ACHI National Conference being held in Atlanta, March 14-16, 2018. Improving the health of communities cannot be accomplished by one person, organization or sector alone. To significantly improve population health, we need to strengthen existing bridges and build new ones to foster collaborative action. The 2018 ACHI conference theme, Be the Bridge, will guide powerful learning, whether you are fostering connections within your organization or strengthening community relationships. Proposals are due by September 25, 2017.
