AHVAP Certification Center Announces New Beth Potter CVAHP™ Certification Scholarship

The Association of Healthcare Value Analysis Professionals (AHVAP) Certification Center is pleased to announce the new Beth Potter CVAHP™ Scholarship Fund, which is available to any AHVAP member. 

This scholarship was created by an anonymous donor to recognize the exceptional leadership of Beth Potter in advancing the Certified Value Analysis Healthcare Professional (CVAHP™) certification program. The scholarship fund will provide two (2) recipients with the opportunity to sit for CVAHP™ certification examination. Here are the specific details of the scholarship:

• Applicants MUST be a current AHVAP member 
• The scholarship is for first time CVAHP™ Certification applications only and may not be used for recertification or retesting
• Applicants must fully complete the required scholarship application and provide the necessary supporting documentation
• Scholarship awards may only be used once by each individual
• Applicants must have never been CVAHP™ certified and therefore be applying for initial certification

The scholarship application for 2023 is now open. Moving forward, each year, the scholarship applications will be opened in January and closed in February annually.

For 2023, all applications must be submitted by April 17 at 5 p.m. ET. Late applications will not be accepted. 

Scholarship recipients will be notified the first week of May regarding scholarship awards.
