OSHA's Silica Rule Enforcement Date – Pushed Back to September 23, 2017
The new rule will affect a wide range of industries, including Construction. Allied Construction Industries and partnering member companies will present a series of informational sessions in May and June to address the following topics:

- Exposure limits
- Assessments
- Medical Surveillance
- Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment
- Practical compliance recommendations
- Recordkeeping requirements
