Clermont County to develop 242-acre industrial park: BATAVIA, Ohio - The Clermont County CIC, Inc. has purchased 242 acres of land at Half Acre Road and State Route 32 in Williamsburg Township that will be developed as South Afton Commerce Park, a "business-ready" site for manufacturers. Planes considers corporate headquarters expansion: A valued corporate citizen in West Chester since 1999, John Planes Enterprises’ proposed nearly $3 million expansion of its corporate headquarters took another step forward this week with West Chester Board of Trustees approval of an Enterprise Zone Agreement.
