Clean Show Exhibitor Cancellation Policy Update

Messe Frankfurt Inc. (MFI) would like to thank the 100+ companies who have already submitted an application for space in the first month. In these difficult times, we are encouraged by the number of companies who, like us, are confident that the Clean Show will remain the platform that operators turn to for the latest technology, business solutions, and education.

While the devastating effects of COVID-19 will certainly change the face of the laundry, dry-cleaning, and textile care industries, this new reality will also create opportunity. As traditional business models shift, operators will need new solutions and products to consider, and new players will enter the market, bringing with them the possibility for new and unique business relationships.

Since 1972, the Clean Show has provided the industry with an event that benefits both exhibitors and attendees alike by providing a platform for education, networking, sourcing, and deal making. MFI remains optimistic that come June 2021, The Clean Show will serve as the industry's launch pad for recovery in a post COVID-19 world.

Extension of Exhibitor Cancelation Window
We recognize that this extremely challenging year has made it difficult to plan for marketing & sales activities in 2021. To help, we will be extending the booth cancellation period until December 31, 2020, providing an additional three months to cancel your planned participation without penalty or obligation.

Exhibit Space Refunds
We also want to provide you with the assurance that all exhibit space deposits will be refunded or transferred (at the exhibitor's option) should Clean Show 2021 not be able to proceed.
