Have an ALM Certification? Don’t forget you need to maintain that certification with continued education! ALM is happy to provide you with different means of earning contact hours through webinars, articles, and other instructive tools. Proof of continuing education is required to maintain an active status with recertification due every three (3) years.

We award contact hours for all education and training you’ve participated in, regardless of whether it was offered by ALM.  his includes safety training, manufacturer training, and general office management training. You can also earn laundry and linen education hours through ALM by participating in our webinars, by reading articles on ALMnet.org and taking the corresponding quizzes  and by listening to recorded webinars (must be an active ALM member and logged into the website to view).

You can visit almnet.org to print the contact hour tracking form or send in a copy of your training certificate for proof of participation in any training or webinars and the article quizzes are automatically added to your profile when you pass.

Remember, you need 45 hours total over three years, CLLM and MHLM certification holders need to earn at least 25 hours that are related to laundry and linen management, RLLD certification holders need to earn at least 30 hours that are related to laundry and linen management.

If you have any questions about your certification status, contact Caitlin Paddack  or call 859.624.0177.
