TCATA’S Annual Educational and Management Conference Creating a Path to the Future

The Textile Care Allied Trades Association (TCATA) will celebrate its 100-year anniversary at our 2020 Educational and Management Conference, being held at the Westin Hilton Head Island, April 29 – May 2. The annual conference will provide a strong business program, robust networking opportunities and enjoyable social activities.

The Board of Directors invites all TCATA members to attend this special conference. Conference Chair Mack Magnus (M&B Hangers) and Business Co-chairs Trevor & Canessa Hericks (Fabriclean Supply) have put together two days of exceptional speakers who will guide attendees as they chart successful paths to the future.

The keynote speaker this year is John R. DiJulius, III (left). John is president of The DiJulius Group, a customer service consulting firm that works with companies such as Starbucks, Chick-fil-A and Ritz-Carlton. He is considered the authority on world-class customer service and will discuss the importance of, and how to deliver, service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.

In addition, Ralph Nappi (right) will present Tools and Techniques for Creating Your Organization's Strategic Plan. The best companies in any industry credit a clear and concise plan for their success. Created with and for key stakeholders, an effective strategic plan provides the engagement and buy-in that is necessary for success. Ralph will share templates, techniques and tools to help attendees drive a successful process within their organizations.
