The acquisition expands HLSG’s operations into the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Kansas and Tennessee markets, expanding its customer base and adding automated facilities that provide additional capacity to its existing footprint throughout the Midwest while also adding new major customers in south central U.S. markets.
