Virtual Workshop Series to Tackle Linen Loss Planned

Are you experiencing unprecedented linen loss? Rest assured; you are not alone. We've heard rumblings across the industry about the challenges and we've uncovered some tactics to combat it that have proven success. Join ALM for the Virtual Workshop Series on Linen Management. This two-part series commences on August 30-31 with a deep dive into linen loss, then concludes on September 20-21 with topics in linen utilization and quality improvement.

In the first part of the series, on August 30-31, we'll dig into why linen usage is changing, then we'll arm participants with an action plan, a step-by-step approach to collect data, and build a compelling case for hospital administration to understand the necessity of supporting positive practices to reduce linen loss.

We'll follow that up on September 20-21 with another deep dive into techniques that improve linen utilization, with instructions for establishing and maintaining par levels and building awareness about linen usage. To conclude the series, we'll walk through a quality improvement initiative to reduce linen loss by using the DMAIC method (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control).

Sign up for this workshop series to arm yourself with the tools and know-how to make a meaningful difference for your hospital and laundry.  More information is available on our website.
