Caitlin Paddack recently joined the ALM team in the role of Coordinator of Membership and Education. In this new position, she will support the execution of ALM’s educational programs, including the Laundry & Linen College, the webinar series, and the education session held during events. Additionally, she will be involved with member outreach programming to enhance the new member welcoming process along with being involved in member recruitment initiatives.
The addition of this position enables ALM to place greater focus on program enrichment and development, ultimately, creating more valuable resources for the membership.
Expanding the education team is part of the vision of Executive Director Sarah Brobeck, where educational opportunities retake center stage among benefits offered by ALM.
“Caitlin is a great addition to the ALM team. Her work ethic, attention to detail and positive demeaner will put our legacy programs in good hands while we reallocate resources to develop new programs and focus on membership development initiatives,” said Brobeck.
