Laundry and Linen College Scholarship

We are proud to announce Tiffany Stika from CORE Linen Services as the most recent recipient of the Laundry & Linen College scholarship.

At ALM we value education and training, as they are a necessity in our industry. It’s how we ensure the future laundry operators are as best equipped as they can be. ALM’s Laundry & Linen College has been the premier resource for continuing education, as it provides opportunities to learn more about laundry performance, productivity, management, and safety.

"It is an honor to be chosen for the scholarship." Scholarship recipient Tiffany Stika continued, "I look forward to attending and appreciate MIP's support."

MIP graciously sponsors the Tom Frame Laundry Manager of Tomorrow scholarship, to create opportunities for deserving individuals to grow their industry knowledge. The scholarship provides funding that covers the tuition to attend the Laundry & Linen College and recipients are selected from current ALM textile care service provider members. The scholarship represents a significant investment in the professional development of individuals in the industry.

“This scholarship was created to honor Tom Frame, an MIP employee of 27 years who unexpectedly passed away in 2016,” said Nicole Grubich, Vice President, U.S. Business Unit, MIP. "It is our privilege to give back to the industry and support the educational development of some of the brightest future leaders in Tom’s memory.”

Through initiatives like the scholarship program, the industry can nurture a new generation of skilled and dedicated laundry managers, poised to drive innovation and excellence in the years to come.
