Chelsea Chiasson – Our new member services coordinator Chelsea has been part of the organization since 2011 and may be a familiar name as she moved into the member services department in 2017 as the member services assistant. With a coffee in her hand, Chelsea has become “the new face” of the member services team – the one with the most direct contact with external stakeholders. As a crafty crocheter and self-admitted "yarnaholic," Chelsea has the patience to untangle any issues that may arise (get it, yarn...untangle...I’ll see myself out..) as well as responding to daily support inquiries, handling onboarding and providing support to new members. With her oddball Corgi German Shepard pup by her side, she will always ask, “Did you try turning it off and on again?” as Chelsea also serves as the single point of contact between internal operations and a host of technical support vendors. |

Natasha Hunter - our technical administrator Tasha has been part of our team since 2008 and worked as an agent and Contact Centre team leader before setting up shop in member services. Not only is she our resident rubber duck collector and connoisseur, but she also controls every touchpoint between our members and any software or component that supports the member side of our system. Additionally, every utility owner’s asset database is processed and managed by Tasha’s capable hand. With her love of riddles and puzzles, Tasha becomes the ultimate problem-solver and solutions resource for our members with any concerns regarding transmission issues or wanting to optimize the use of our technology — be warned, wherever Tasha is her cats are not far behind watching every move she makes. |

Dana Shineton – Our new member services assistant As the newest member of the team, Dana is doing a great job with a very steep learning curve as she now encompasses a laundry list of tasks as she supports both Tasha and Chelsea in their roles. Not only does Dana have to know their jobs and cover all the gaps, but she will also handle her own responsibilities as well. With her love of painting and photography, Dana is no stranger to paying attention to the fine details and ensures nothing goes unnoticed. Afterall, a good blending makes a good beginning. Her journey began with Utility Safety Partners as an agent 2018. Dana quickly became an asset in the company by moving into the quality control analyst role in the early 2022 which allowed her to work closely with our team leaders as well as quality monitoring our frontline agents. Joining the member services team in 2023, we are very excited to see this bookdragon spread her wings! |
