One year after the implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), known colloquially as Obamacare, nearly one out of every seven Americans with chronic diseases still didn’t have health insurance, according to a study published Monday by Harvard Medical School researchers in the journal Annals of Internal Medicine.
