House Bill 303, which would adopt the ISPSC statewide in Maryland, was passed out of the legislature on Monday, which was the last day of the 2022 legislative session. The Maryland General Assembly meets for 90 calendar days each legislative session and adjourns at midnight on the 90th day. PHTA GR and PHTA Maryland lobbyist Grason Wiggins worked furiously this past week and over the weekend to ensure passage of HB 303. The legislature passed HB 303 at 8:53pm on the 90th day.
