The link between culture and performance has gained wider acceptance. In a survey of 2,200 global business leaders, 84 percent said they believed that that their organization's culture was critical to their business success. And 60 percent even said that culture is more important than actual business strategy, and more important than a business operations model.
 
Active shooter simulation exercises are undoubtedly the most effective way to prepare for a real-life scenario. These scenarios mimic the stress and chaos of an actual event and reinforce the principles of survival taught in active shooter training programs.
 
Things are looking up for the job market: Unemployment rates are the lowest they have been since the Great Recession of 2008, and 77 percent of human resources professionals surveyed in HireRight’s 2016 Benchmarking Report expect organizational growth this year.
