Lighting Controls Seminar
There’s only two weeks left until our seminar on the topic of lighting controls! The event will take place on Tuesday, Nov. 28 from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Sandman Hotel in Vancouver.
The seminar is sponsored by sponsored by the BCEA and IES and will feature tabletop exhibits. There will be two seminars to start the event, followed by some time to explore the exhibitor tables. Breakfast and lunch are included in ticket costs. Registration is now open for our year-end wrap-up event for the Vancouver Island community on Thursday, Dec. 7 at 7:00 p.m. It promises to be an unforgettable evening of adrenaline-packed fun! Annual Holiday Awards & Luncheon
We are just a few weeks away from celebrating our 99th Anniversary! Join us on Friday, Dec. 1 for our annual holiday awards & luncheon at Delta Hotels by Marriott Burnaby, Conference Centre. Our speaker this year is Joe Roberts (aka the Skidrow CEO), author of The Push for Change. Come network with industry friends and colleagues, kick off the holiday season, and recognize the BCEA’s Award winners and new Alumni inductees. Registration for our online Basic Electricity Course is now live. This course is a great primer for anyone new to the industry or who wants a refresher on the more basic aspects of the supply chain industry. The cost is $299+GST for members and $399+GST for non-members. Upon registration you can complete the course at your own pace.

Power Restored to 99 Per Cent of Customers Impacted by Windstorm: BC Hydro
