McShane Welcomes New Director of Business Development

The Association congratulates Ed Pitula, LEED AP, in his new position as Director of Business Development in McShane Construction Company's Rosemont headquarters.  A 17-year construction industry veteran, he will be responsible for advancing business development efforts for construction assignments across a wide spectrum of market segments including the industrial, office, health and wellness, and institutional markets. 

Pitula earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Marquette University and is a LEED Accredited Professional as recognized by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).  He is a member of the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP (Commercial Real Estate Development Association) and previously served on the board of the Building Block Foundation Fund, an organization dedicated to helping children of abuse, neglect or abandonment in Orange County, California.
