You're Invited to AIA Contract Documents 2017 Release

Architects, contractors, attorneys, and other in the AEC industry are invited to AIA Contract Documents 2017 Release: Explore Revised General Conditions, Owner-Architect and Owner-Contractor Agreements. The event will take place on Wednesday, July 26 from 6-8 p.m.

Every ten years, AIA revises its major documents, and the 2017 revised documents were released in April 2017. Join AIA staff attorneys Kenneth Cobleigh, Esq., and Susan Van Bell, Esq., to explore these important revisions and how they will impact project team members, owners and building occupants. They will give attendees an insight into the AIA’s revision process and the key changes for 2017. Attendees will understand how the revisions will impact their practice and examine how the new Sustainable Projects Exhibit can be used to provide a positive outcome on the health, safety and welfare of building occupants.
