Our New CLC to Cultivate the Next Generation of Future Construction Industry Leaders

There has been a tremendous amount of discussion lately about the talent shortage in our industry, and the importance of involving our young people to ensure we continue to provide a high-caliber workforce for the future. Our new CLC will enable our members' under-40 employees to get involved in a way that is beneficial and productive for this demographic.

We kindly request that our members provide us with a listing of under-40 employees and email addresses, regardless of their position or title. We look forward to hosting an inaugural gathering in January to introduce the purpose of a Builders Association CLC and to get feedback from this under-40 group to help define the CLC’s goals to best serve our industry.
