Nominate Your Top Talent for BETF's Leadership Development Course

The Leadership Development Course will test and stretch your soft skills to a new level of awareness and proficiency in these important areas: Remembering Names, Listening, Addressing Groups, Leadership Techniques, Increasing Meeting Efficiency and Buy-In, Making Small Talk, Increasing Confidence.

Twenty candidates will be chosen by the Foundation. All applicants will be assessed on the following criteria:

• Demonstrates a notable passion for the profession and would like to seek additional leadership skills.
• Has the desire and attitude to be a leader in their company.
• Would be considered a positive and influential ambassador of our AGC chapter.
• Is a high-potential employee who speaks for you, runs meetings and manages important relationships.

The Leadership Development Course will meet for five sessions in 2017 from 8 am to noon:
Friday, January 27, Thursday, February 16, Thursday, March 9, Friday, April 7, Friday, May 19

Investment - $1,150 per person

Builders Association members may nominate their 20-50-something managers for this program and the BETF will then select 20 individuals to participate in the Course.
