July 11- July 13: Leasing & Marketing for Property Managers (Required for the RPA)

August 8-10: Facilities Planning & Project Management (Required for your FMA)

Using case studies and textbook materials, you’ll learn how to plan and select a project team, and  the importance of flexibility, follow-through and attention to detail. Key skills you will learn include:

• Executing post-occupancy evaluation using facilities annual reports
• Organizing and planning a successful facilities project
• Assembling a project team, including consultants
• Using guidelines to determine user needs
• Understanding the role each employee, and/or contractor, has in managing a facility
