Our 30-plus judges are now starting to make the rounds in the second phase of the Pinnacle Award competition—the on-site building inspections, where nominees are ranked on 80 counts of excellence from the first impression upon entering the building, to the condition of the roof. The tour results (worth 20 points) will be added to the submission binder score (worth 80 points) to determine the winners... but the names will be kept secret until the night of February 9th, when we reveal the winners in our trademark, Oscar-style show at the gala BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards Ceremony.
