Tight budgets make it tough to bring in legal counsel as often as you might need it—so BOMA/NY is bringing the lawyers to you in a roundtable tackling the key legal questions managers face today. This seminar is the first of its kind for our industry and has been designed specifically to equip you with the tools you need to deal with the thorniest of legal issues.

Held November 29th at Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue (41st Street and Park Avenue), Hot Topics Review: Legal Issues Affecting Property Managers in Complex Times, will address the following:

•    Legal implications of a design or construction project
•    The fine print of insurance policies
•    Confusing and inconsistent terms in a commercial lease
•    Environmental aspects of building management

Our experts will help you formulate strategies and develop solutions, while sharing their practical experience and lessons learned. During the last half hour, you’ll be able to ask the panel your specific questions in our Q & A session.

Moderating will be Ken Fisher of the international law firm of firm, Cozen O’Connor, where he specializes in Business Law in the New York area, encompassing such public realm specialties as development, zoning and land use. The Real Deal calls him the "go-to guy for real estate clients embroiled in contentious projects or public relations problems."  Fisher has also been a multi-year New York Super Lawyer and was cited as one of the "Legal Elite" by Avenue Magazine.

You’ll benefit from the expertise of our four panelists, who are among the top names in their fields:
