Ralph DiRuggiero Honored with President's Medal

Ralph J. DiRuggiero, a member of the BOMA/NY Board of Directors for the past three years, was honored Oct. 9 by the President’s Business Council of the University of Scranton, which conferred its President’s Medal on Ralph for "lifetime achievements reflecting the University’s mission of Jesuit excellent and service." The Medal was given at a gala ceremony Oct. 9 at the Pierre Hotel.
A member of the class of 1973, Ralph was cited for his role as a "devoted and active alumnus who continues to mentor students and young alumni," as well as the many achievements of his business career. Ralph, who serves as senior vice president of property management for Paramount Group, Inc. (PGI), is well known for his commitment to achieving management excellence through mentoring, training, internal recognition programs and more.
The results of his work speak for themselves and have resulted in PGI’s New York properties achieving Energy Star® and/or LEED certification, and winning BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards in a wide range of categories, including the Middle Atlantic Conference TOBY for its headquarters at 1633 Broadway (Operating Office Building over 1 million sf). |
