Advance Payment Terms Now in Force for all BOMA/NY Events, Programs and Advertising

While we are always pleased to host you and your guests at our wide variety of BOMA/NY events, seminars and programs, and as advertisers in our publications, unfortunately, there have been those who took advantage of our willingness to extend credit.
Therefore, a new advance payment policy has been adapted by the Board of Directors, effective Sept. 26, 2014: You must pay in advance, in full, for your registration to be completed.
You may accomplish this by 1) paying by credit card when you register, or 2) if your company requires an invoice, we will issue one immediately. BUT, your registration will not be approved until your company’s payment has been received.
In the case of advertising: 1) your payment is due by credit card when you reserve space, or 2) if your company requires an invoice, we will issue one immediately. Payment in full is due upon submission of artwork. Your ad will not be published if payment is not received.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause, however, this new policy was undertaken out of necessity, with the endorsement of the BOMA/NY Board of Directors. |
