For RPA and FMA candidates

Learn how to take charge of real estate investments to maximize property values.
You’ll deepen your knowledge of basic financial concepts such as valuation, analysis, taxation, depreciation and life-cycle costing.
You’ll also learn to evaluate and develop corresponding budgets that estimate net operating income, income capitalization, taxation costs and strategies to offset these costs.
