New Officers and Directors Kick off BOMA/NY Business for 2014

BOMA/NY welcomed its newly-elected Officers and Board members at the January Board of Directors Meeting presided over by President Thomas L. Hill, RPA.

Joining him in the leadership of BOMA/NY are, left to right, Secretary Hani Salama, PE, LEED AP of Monday Properties; Vice President James R. Kleeman, RPA of The Port Authority of NY & NJ; President Thomas L. RPA of Boston Properties, Inc.; and Treasurer Ronald S. Zeccardi of The Moinian Group. Officers serve for a term of year with the option to continue for a second term through the end of 2015.


Five new Directors also joined the Board this January and were sworn in with the Officers at the December BOMA/NY Holiday Luncheon. Most Directors serve for a three-year term and assist the officers in overseeing the general direction, control and management of BOMA/NY, as well as working in the interest of the membership.
