We Rocked the Top of the Rock!

Our first Top of the Rock Dinner Dance was a smashing success! The Rainbow Room never looked better, and with the band regaling us with a playlist from classic rock to chart toppers, our sold-out crowd of 250 stayed on the dance floor all night ... as you can see from the photos shown here.

I'd like to extend a special thanks to Mike Norton at Tishman Speyer Properties, who helped make this stunning venue available to us, and to the Dinner Committee headed by Tony Lifrieri

and his fellow Committee members, Joe Dee, Mark Gregorio, Jim Kleeman, Rich Singer and Ron Zeccardi, as well as my fellow officers and our BOMA/NY staff, for creating a night when the City truly was at our feet.

Looking towards the holidays already upon us and the coming year, I would also like to wish everyone associated with the BOMA/NY community all the joys of the season and a prosperous, healthy and happy 2015.

The current administration led by Thomas L. Hill, RPA has been re-elected unanimously, and all nominees for the Board of Director availabilities were successfully elected as well.

Kleeman, RPA, Deputy Director of Redevelopment for the World Trade Center/Port Authority of New York and New Jersey; Treasurer Ronald S. Zeccardi, Senior Vice President/National Director, Management and Construction for Cohen Brothers Realty Corp., and Secretary Hani J. Salama, PE, LEED AP, Senior Vice President of Property Management and Operations at Monday Properties.
