Earlier this fall, SL Green Realty Corp.—New York’s largest commercial real estate owner/management firm—earned the BOMA International BOMA 360® designation for 23 of its leading properties. This massive accomplishment by the firm was instrumental in making the most recent class of BOMA 360® program the largest ever, at 80 properties nationwide.

It was also the largest class of designees conferred at one time on a New York City-based owner/manager: SL Green owns and operates a portfolio of 70-plus properties throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester County, Connecticut and New Jersey. The firm’s commitment to investing in BOMA's programs of excellence was first established almost a decade ago through its participation in the local BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards and BOMA International’s TOBY (The Building of the Year) Awards.

According to BOMA International, the BOMA 360® designation offers buildings "tangible results, measured through higher tenant retention and satisfaction scores, higher rental rates, and documented savings and efficiencies in operations and management."
