BOMI’s accelerated courses were designed with busy professionals in mind. The May and June courses will fulfill key requirements while saving you time.

May 9-11, 2011 - Budgeting & Accounting (Required for the RPA)

Learn to apply budgeting and accounting concepts within the real property and facilities context: record keeping requirements; revenue and expenditure cycles; cash basis income statements; financial statements; annual reports; lease abstracts; income and expense budgeting, and working with capital.

June 6-8, 2011 - Fundamentals of Facilities Management  (Required for the FMA)

Learn to structure and manage operations and maintenance programs, manage personnel, and gain an understanding of the strategic role of facilities management and project management. You'll also learn the leadership skills required for career success, including investment cost controls, budgeting strategies, leasing vs. ownership and more.
