In this seminar, BOMA/NY brings you a team of lawyers that will share legal strategies in four key areas: leasing, insurance and environmental and construction law. The team will examine the most troublesome and threatening issues facing our industry with a focus on catastrophic events, critical infrastructure and financial viability.

Held April 11 at Club 101 at 101 Park Avenue (41st Street and Park Avenue), from 8 am to 10 am, the seminar features the panelists below, as well as a Q&A session at the end. Breakfast will be served.

Moderating will be Ken Fisher of the international law firm of firm, Cozen O’Connor, where he specializes in Business Law in the New York area, encompassing such specialties as development, zoning and land use. The Real Deal calls him the "go-to guy for real estate clients embroiled in contentious projects or public relations problems." Fisher has also been a multi-year New York Super Lawyer and was cited as one of the "Legal Elite" by Avenue Magazine.
