Everything You Need to Know About LL85 and 87
 We’ve joined up with ASHRAE, BCxA (Building Commissioning Association), Local 94, NYSERDA and Con Edison to bring you the inside track on the new Local Law 85 and 87 energy conservation provisions from the perspective of all key members of the building team at a FREE seminar being held from 8 a.m. to noon on September 25th. Entitled Existing Buildings Technical Workshop: Projects, Policies and Process, it will cover the following:• LL87 Panelists from Hines, Strategic Building Solutions, Tishman Speyer, AKF Group and NYC government will dive into the details and use case studies on recent projects to share lessons learned, additional insight and their views on LL87 implementation. • LL85 Benefit from the experience of panelists who serve on committees deciding what New York State and City should adopt from the International Energy Conservation Code. They will focus on details associated with code compliance for existing buildings. The seminar is being held at the Con Edison headquarters at 4 Irving Place.
