Course: DESIGN, OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF BUILDING SYSTEMS PART 2

Date: Oct. 21-23, 2013 (M-T-W) 
This course will provide an overview of how a structure functions. It will also help you become familiar with structural components and building materials learn about efficient and cost-effective maintenance of building systems and understand HVAC and plumbing systems. 

Course:  Leasing & Marketing for Property Managers (Required for your RPA)  

Date: Nov. 18-20, 2013 (M-T-W)

In this course, you will gain the skills needed to successfully lease and market space under favorable and adverse economic conditions.

Course: Law and Risk Management (Required for your RPA)  

Date: Dec. 2-4, 2013 (M-T-W)
