It’s the NYC Benchmarking Help Center, created by the New York City Department of Buildings, which calls the service "the one stop shop for information, assistance, and answers to all your questions" about Local Law 84. NYC has reached out to BOMA/NY to make sure that you, our members, are aware of this free resource.
