Sustainability Boot Camp is Back!

The Sustainability Boot Camp program that was launched so successfully this past spring with 525 attendees, now moves into its second phase this fall with the 8-hour, one day version of the BOMA BEEP (BOMA Energy Efficiency Program). The program is a public/private collaboration of the Mayor’s Office of Sustainability and REBNY, BOMA/NY and the Urban Green Council, with the goal of bringing energy efficiency and sustainability training to New York City’s building managers, superintendents, operators and engineers, at a greatly discounted price.

Classes are still available throughout October and November, and you can register for your class on the date links below.

The course will cover:

• Introduction to Energy Performance

• How to Benchmark Energy Performance Using ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager

•  Audits to Action Plans — Concepts and Economic Benefits

• Low-Cost Opportunities to Improve Energy Performance and Reduce Costs

• Building the Business Case — Valuing Energy

• Enhancement Projects and Financial Returns

• Engagement and Awareness — Promoting and Leveraging Sustainability Performance
